Recipe #1: Chia Seeds Water
You will need: Chia seeds, water
1. Spoon some Chia seeds into a cup -- it's up to you how much you want to add. We've found that 1 tablespoon in a 12oz cup of water makes a nice combination. : )
2. [Optional] Add honey and/or lemon juice to taste.
3. Add water (cold, warm, or hot) and stir.
4. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy!

Tip #1: Using Tape Strips to Secure Alarm
If you decide to mount your smoke/carbon monoxide alarms on ceilings or walls but prefer not to drill any holes, then consider using damage-free adhesive tapes to secure your alarms instead!
Pay attention to the weight limit of the adhesive tapes and make sure to find a suitable surface (note: some painted walls may peel off) that will withstand the weight of the alarm.
