Damaged or Defective Product
If your package arrived damaged, please refuse the acceptance of the package and let us know immediately.
If you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
If you changed your mind, we will offer a full refund on the purchase price of the merchandise for any unopened product returned within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery to obtain a Merchandise Return Form.
The original product packaging and any protective wrapping must be intact in order for us to accept the return.
We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Chez Chia reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the above conditions.
Regretfully, we do not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
We will process your refund once we have received and accepted your return. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you made the purchase using your bank account or PayPal balance, funds can take 3-5 days to arrive in your account.
Kindly note that if you received free shipping on your order, we may deduct the shipping fees we incurred to send your shipment.
